The organizers offer 5 free registrations for IEEE UAE members and 10 free registrations for IEEE UAE student members.
IEEE regular and student members should present their proofs.
Additional paper is maximum one. The same author should present both papers.
The student registered paper must be presented by the student.
Registration fees are nonrefundable.
