The organizers are pleased to provide five complimentary passes for IEEE UAE members and ten complimentary passes for IEEE UAE student members, granting access to the opening ceremony, sessions, and tutorials.
- IEEE regular and student members should present their proofs.
- Additional papers are limited to a maximum of one. The same author should present both papers.
- The student's registered paper must be presented by the student.
- Registration fees are nonrefundable.
- All accepted papers must be registered and presented at the conference.
- Mandatory attendance: At least one author must register and attend the conference.
- Presentation requirement: Accepted papers must be presented during the conference. No show papers will not be published.
- Copyright form: Authors must sign the copyright transfer form.
